A tangy twist on a summer treat. This tasty pink drink has been formulated to cool the body and irritated tissues, helps keep moisture in tissues, aids in digestion, hydrating, high in vitamins and minerals and energizes the body, anti-inflammatory, and uplifting. This tea will leave you screaming “Oh, Yea!” as you enjoy it from your back porch whilst feeling the summer breeze dance around you.
I blended this for those who are like me and prefer a fruity and tangy summer treat. Makes a lovely solar infusion (sun tea) and cold brew.

Add 1 tsp of herbs to 8oz of cold or room temperature water and steep for 15-30 minutes covered. Strain and enjoy. Makes a lovely solar infusion (sun tea) and cold brew. Can also be infused overnight (1 1/2 tsp of herbs per 8oz of water) and enjoyed throughout the following day. Spent tea can be composted, given to a house plant or given back to the earth.
