For those who suffer from inflammation issues due to stress and auto immune responses. A calming and restorative tea blend without feeling sleepy.
I formulated this blend so I had something to drink whilst working as an accountant. Constant stress left me depleted, and my immune system attacking itself. This tea helped ease the chronic pain I was dealing with at the time. It is now one of my favorite blends to reach for daily as it soothes my stress and flare ups.
Borage revives & renews the adrenal gland and soothes inflammatory conditions of the GI tract. Calendula is warming and soothing to irritated and inflamed nerve endings and tissues. Rose helps keep moisture in tissues and has anti-inflammatory actions. Nettle is deeply nourishing and supportive. Meadowsweet relieves pain in irritated tissues, and relieves achy muscles from inflammatory and chronic diseases.

Add 1 tsp of herbs to 8oz of hot water and steep for 15-30 minutes covered. Strain and enjoy. Can also be infused overnight (1 1/2 tsp of herbs per 8oz of hot water) and enjoyed throughout the following day. Spent tea can be composted, given to a house plant or given back to the earth.
