Movin’ & Groovin’ is formulated to enhance circulation, expel toxins from the body, whilst promoting gut health and digestion. A blend of herbs that support both the liver and lymphatic system, this blend is high in vitamins and minerals, soothes skin conditions, balances hormones, nourishes the immune system and is uplifting to the spirit.
This is a great blend for Spring and Autumn, or when a cleanse is needed for the liver and lymphatic system. This is also lovely to enjoy after heavy meals as it aids with digestion. Its warm and spicy with notes of flannel and sunshine!

Add 1 tsp of herbs per 8oz of hot water and steep for 15-30 minutes covered. Strain and enjoy. Can also be infused overnight (1 1/2 tsp of herbs per 8oz of hot water) and enjoyed throughout the following day. Spent tea can be composted, given to a house plant or given back to the earth.
