The Empath’s Keeper incense blend was created to help aid those who are empaths or easily absorb energies from those around them. Protection, cleansing, and creating sacred space are all intentions that were put into this blend.
I created this blend for those like myself who are empaths. I personally use this during meditation (or when things get to be too much for me) to help cleanse myself from the emotions and energies of others that I have taken on. I also love to use this blend to help clear negative energy from my house when emotions run high or thin.
The intention I put into this blend will help with protection, calm and clear space, create a sacred space, offer strength to honor oneself, grounding, and to deepen into one’s warrior self.
Size: 0.5oz (14g) in sealed bag

Set intention and light charcoal disc (I use Three Kings). Please the charcoal disc in a heat safe vessel. Once disc is fully burning, take a pinch of incense and place (carefully) on charcoal disc. Continue thinking about your intention as you tend to your incense. Add more incense as necessary.
