Dark Matter Lotion Bar
These lotion bars were created to celebrate my 2 year anniversary with running The Barefoot Owl full time. I played around with two different formulas (a coffee infused oil and a chai oil - based on my two favorite drinks) and these little lotion bars came from that creativity. I wanted the molds to be different and when I saw the heart and little owl, I knew these would make some fun offerings.
Dark Matter is my fan favorite Chai oil blend with cocoa butter added so that it smells like a chocolate chai. When we lived in Tucson, my favorite coffee shop, Black Crown Coffee, has a chocolate chai named Dark Matter, and this lotion bar is inspired by that drink. If you are ever in Tucson, check them out. They have some of the best coffee I have had and their dark spin on drinks makes for a delight to work your way through their menu.

Apply as needed to dry, cracked skin

Herbal infused oil blend (avocado oil*, jojoba oil*, cardamom*, ginger*, cacao nibs*, fennel*, star anise*), beeswax, cocoa butter*, and mango butter* (*organic)

During warm/hot months (May through October, depending on where you are located), please stick your lotion bar in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, after receiving your order.
