Formulated under a Capricorn moon in Ireland, this blend was created to help those in need to calm the f*ck down from stress and anxiety. This blend was designed to meet you where you are; to ground you, and to help you find balance. What I got was a beautiful blend that smells sweet and earthy with a hint of floral: rose to soften and open the heart, Lavender to calm and soothe the nerves, Vetiver is earthy and grounding, and Neroli is sweet, calming and grounding.

Shake well. Close your eyes and spray in front of you and walk through mist, breathing deeply. Continue taking deep breaths. Focus on your breathing. If you have an intention you are working with, think of it as you are breathing. Can also be used as a room spray, or sniff straight from the bottle in times of need.
Once you have emptied your bottle, you can refill 1-2 more times with distilled water and continue using. Aroma will not be as strong, but will still be pleasant and effective.
