Bloody Nourisher Tea Blend
Formulated to nourish one before and during their moon cycle. I created this blend to assist the niece with issues that were contributed to her moon cycle. A harmonious blend that aids in tonifying the uterus & other muscles of the pelvic region, an antispasmodic, addresses the root of menstrual irregularities, richly nourishing to the blood, an astringent for excessive menstrual flow, balances anemia, and regulates menstrual cycle.
Herbal companions: Blood Moon Tincture, Bloody Hell Tincture, and Cramp Bark Moon Butter

Add 1 tsp of herbs to 8oz of hot water and steep for 15-30 minutes covered. Strain and enjoy. Can also be infused overnight (1 1/2 tsp of herbs per 8oz of hot water) and enjoyed throughout the following day. Spent tea can be composted, given to a house plant or given back to the earth.
I recommend doing overnight infusions starting one week prior to the start of ones moon cycle and into the week during ones moon cycle.
The niece pairs this tea with the Blood Moon Tincture and the Achy Breaky Salve.
