A beautiful tea blend designed for those with achy joints, sore muscles, and a tired spirit. This blend was created to help warm and relax the mind and body by soothing irritated and inflamed nerve endings, ease symptoms of anxiety and mild depression, and stimulate the nerves.

Add 1 tsp of herbs to 8oz of hot water and steep for 15-30 minutes covered. Strain and enjoy. Can also be infused overnight and enjoyed throughout the following day. Spent tea can be composted, given to a house plant or given back to the earth.
